Publication of contestant-generated problems starts from 24 hours after the start of the contest (0:00 (UTC) 6 August, 2016), and one problem per hour is published for each team. You cannot submit a problem to a timestamp after that time has passed! So we strongly recommend submitting several problems before going to bed (if you ever do). You can update your problem submission reservations anytime before their publication.
